Darlene has been involved in the fitness industry for almost two decades. She maintains 5 national fitness certifications, teaches group fitness classes from cycle to kick box and has been a director of a fitness club. She holds a BS in family studies and is a Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Reiki master. She has run two half marathons, 10K's and 5 K's, bikes hikes and is looking forward to keeping up with her new grandchild that is on the way.
